Terms of Service for Human Hair Wigs

By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you (hereinafter "You/Your") acknowledge acceptance of these Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Continued use constitutes ongoing compliance.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern all transactions for 100% human hair products (wigs, closures, frontals) and related services (wholesale, OEM/ODM customization).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date—your continued use after this date confirms acceptance of changes .
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using our website and services immediately.
2. Product Information & Limitations
2.1 Descriptions & Variations
All product descriptions (texture, length, density) are provided in good faith but serve as guidelines. As human hair is a natural product:
Minor color variations may occur between batches (especially for bleached tones like 613# blonde) .
Texture consistency may vary slightly (e.g., wave pattern tightness) due to natural hair characteristics.
Color swatches and website images are approximations—screen resolutions may affect visual accuracy . We recommend requesting hair samples for precise color matching.
2.2 Product Longevity & Care
The lifespan of human hair wigs (6–12 months typical) depends on proper care and maintenance. We are not liable for premature wear caused by:
Improper styling (e.g., excessive heat over 180°C).
Neglect of recommended aftercare (e.g., failure to use sulfate-free shampoo).
Unauthorized alterations (e.g., cutting lace without professional guidance) .
3. Order Placement & Fulfillment
3.1 Order Confirmation
Online orders are confirmed via email within 24 hours. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:
Stock unavailability (we will notify you within 48 hours and offer alternatives or full refunds).
Inaccurate order information (e.g., incorrect shipping address).
Suspected fraudulent activity .
3.2 Custom & OEM Orders
For customized products (color matching, cap size adjustments, private labeling):
A design confirmation form will be sent for your approval—production begins only after your signed acknowledgment.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upfront; balance is due before shipment .
Production timelines (15–20 business days for most orders) are estimates—delays may occur due to material sourcing or design revisions.
3.3 Wholesale Bulk Orders
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies to wholesale purchases (varies by product, starting at 5pcs).
Bulk order pricing is valid for 30 days from quote issuance. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to raw material cost fluctuations .
4. Payment & Billing
Accepted payment methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, wire transfer (for wholesale orders >$5,000).
Payment terms for B2B partners: Net-30 for approved accounts; advance payment (50% upfront, 50% on dispatch) for new clients .
Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee on unpaid balances. We may suspend order fulfillment for overdue accounts .
5. Shipping & Risk Transfer
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (US domestic); 7–14 business days (international). Expedited options are available at additional cost.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout—wholesale orders >$10,000 qualify for free standard shipping to US addresses.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery (as confirmed by shipping carrier tracking). Report damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt with photos of packaging and products .
International orders: You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We are not liable for delays due to customs clearance .
6. B2B Wholesale Exclusive Terms
Inspection Period: Wholesale partners must inspect goods within 7 days of delivery. Report defects with batch photos for replacement or credit .
Custom Packaging: OEM partners may request branded packaging (MOQ 50pcs) with additional lead time and cost.
Confidentiality: All customization specifications (e.g., color formulas, cap designs) remain confidential—we will not disclose to third parties .
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
Special, consequential, or indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, salon downtime) arising from product use or order delays .
Injuries or scalp damage caused by improper installation (e.g., incorrect lace glue application) .
Failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, transportation delays, raw material shortages) .
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product(s) .
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing wholesale/customization agreement with 30 days’ written notice .
We may immediately terminate services for:
Breach of payment terms (e.g., unpaid invoices >30 days).
Unauthorized resale of custom-branded products outside agreed territories.
Misrepresentation of our products (e.g., claiming synthetic hair as 100% human hair).
