Step 2: Sorting and Grading
Once collected, the hair goes through a rigorous sorting process. Strands are graded by:
- Length — from short bobs to extra-long lengths
- Texture — straight, body wave, deep wave, and more
- Thickness — ensuring consistent density throughout each bundle or wig
- Cuticle alignment — all cuticles run in the same direction to prevent tangling
Step 3: Factory Processing
Our factory partners use minimal chemical processing to preserve the hair's natural integrity. Virgin hair is left completely unprocessed, while Remy hair undergoes gentle treatment to achieve specific textures or colors — without compromising the cuticle layer.
Every batch is quality-checked before moving to the next stage. We reject any hair that doesn't meet our standards for softness, strength, and consistency.
Step 4: Wig Construction
Skilled craftspeople hand-knot individual strands onto lace caps to create our lace front wigs and HD lace frontals. Our 13x4 and 13x6 lace fronts are constructed with precision to ensure a natural hairline, comfortable fit, and long-lasting wear.
Each wig goes through a final quality inspection before packaging — checking knot density, lace integrity, and overall finish.

Because we work factory-direct, we cut out the middlemen. That means you get premium quality at honest prices — without paying for unnecessary markups. Your order is carefully packaged and shipped directly from our facility to your door.
